Qualifications & Experience:-

Possess a recognised Degree in any discipline.
At least 2-3 years working experience in marketing or related industries such as public relations and/or advertising.
Experience in or related to the financial industry will be an added advantage.
IT-literate to be able to communicate with the Hwang-DBS Group’s existing IT team when necessary.
Good planning and time management skills.
Self-driven, independent and resourceful.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Overall - Good working attitude

Responsibilities:-

To assist in all Group Communications events and activities by liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to plan and execute all public relations, advertising, marketing support activities and the production of sales support materials pertaining to the Hwang-DBS Group and its subsidiaries.
To manage and produce the corporate marketing materials as well as corporate gifts. Where necessary, to prepare communication materials for all the above.
To assist in the administration of the Group’s websites.
To manage the day-to-day, on-going monitoring and distribution of all Hwang-DBS media coverage and industry advertisements (own and competitor).
