Compliance Officer/Legal Officer - COMPLIANCE, RISK AND LEGAL DEPARMENT ( To be based in Kuala Lumpur)

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Possess a recognised Degree in Law, Finance, Banking and/or Accounting.
• Working experience in the finance, audit, investment operations, compliance or legal areas. Unit Trust experience will be an added advantage.
• Good drafting and writing skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-driven with strong analytical skills as well as results-driven.
• Understanding of the provisions od the Securities Industry Act, Securities Commission Act, Guidelines for Unit Trust Funds and other relevant regulations and Guidelines would be an added advantage.
