15 April 2004	HwangDBS Select Small Caps Fund launch, HwangDBS IM’s first equity/small companies fund.
28 June 2004	HwangDBS Dana Fahim (DF), HwangDBS IM’s first mixed asset/Islamic/Syariah Balanced fund.
15 September 2004	Following the success of CGF I, the HwangDBS Capital Guaranteed Fund II (CGF II) was launched.
13 October 2004	HwangDBS Capital Guaranteed III Fund (CGF III) launch.
6 January 2005	HwangDBS Select Income Fund, HwangDBS IM’s second fixed income-based fund.

31 March 2005	HwangDBS Select Cash Fund Launch, HwangDBS IM’s first money market fund targeted at corporate investors and high net worth individuals.
18 April 2004	Received EPF ‘Approved Fund Manager’ status.
18 April 2005	HwangDBS Enhanced Deposit Fund launch, HwangDBS IM’s fixed income based fund targeted specifically at corporate investors.
1 June 2005	HwangDBS Investment Management Berhad – First Unit Trust Management Company (UTMC) in the industry to consolidate the Asset Management business under the Unit Trust business.
28 June 2005	Launched the HwangDBS IM Guaranteed Fund, HwangDBS IM’s first fund under as a consolidated entity.
19 April 2006	Launch of HwangDBS IM’s first global fund, the HwangDBS Global Property Fund.
19 July 2006	Launch of HwangDBS IM’s first global equity fund, the HwangDBS Global Opportunities Fund.
22 August 2006	Launch of HwangDBS IM’s first Islamic Institutional fund, the HwangDBS Islamic Cash Fund.

8 January 2007	Launch of the HwangDBS Global Banks Structured Fund, a 2 year unit trust structured product, first of its kind to be introduced in Malaysia.
11 January 2007	Launch of the HwangDBS Global Emerging Markets Fund, HwangDBS IM’s 3rd feeder fund.
2007	SOF – Best Equity Malaysia Fund over 5 years award – for the period ending December 31, 2006 – by The Edge-Lipper Malaysia Fund Awards 2007.
11 April 2007	Launch of the HwangDBS Indochina Fund, a wholesale fund that feeds into a Collective Investment Scheme, the DBS Indochina Fund.
25 April 2007	Launch of the HwangDBS Global Infrastructure Fund, the first of its kind in the Malaysian and South East Asian Market.
20 August 2007	Launch of the HwangDBS Global Commodity Fund, the first of its kind unit trust fund in Malaysia with primary exposure to commodity futures.
18 September 2007	Launch of the HwangDBS Environmental Opportunities Fund, an equities/ growth global fund which focuses on renewable energies, water and waste management.
18 December 2007	Launch of the HwangDBS Ascendur RIS (1), a first unitised fund with a performance benchmark and fee factored into the fund coupled with lower sales charges.
27 March 2008	Launch of the HwangDBS Asia Aspire Capital Protected Fund, a capital protected fund that taps into rising Asian consumerism.
