Investment Objective The Fund aims to provide regular income distribution over an investment horizon of two (2) years.
Asset Allocation The Fund’s asset allocation range is as follows: - A Structured Note linked to the credits of a basket of high quality Malaysian companies (Maximum 99.80% of the Fund’s NAV),Cash & money market instruments (Minimum 0.20% of the Fund’s NAV).
Investment Strategy To achieve the objective of the Fund, up to a maximum of 99.8% of the Fund’s NAV at Commencement Date will be used to buy an onshore Structured Note issued by a locally incorporated financial institution with a minimum long-term rating by any domestic or global rating agency that indicates very strong capacity for timely payment of financial obligations provided (“the Issuer”). The Structured Note will consist of investments in financial instruments linked to the credits of a basket of high quality Malaysian companies. In selecting the underlying companies to be referred to within the Basket of the Structured Note, the Manager would look for a combination of a few or all of the following list of non-exhaustive characteristics:strong and high-levels of cash flows, stable and consistent cash flows, strong industry position, operates in non-cyclical markets, high barriers to entry, operating in regulated environments and government-linked or backed (directly and/ or indirectly).
Investors' Profile Suitable for investors who seek regular income distribution, have short-term investment horizon and have a moderate risk tolerance.
Distribution Policy Distribution of income, if any, would be on quarterly basis.

Fees & Charges
Sales Charge per unit Up to 2.5% of the NAV per unit of the Fund
Annual Management Fee The Manager does not intend to impose any management fee in respect of this Fund.
Trustee Fee / Custodian fee 0.08% of the NAV per unit of the Fund per annum, subject to minimum of RM18,000 p.a.(excluding foreign custodian fees and charges)
Switching Fee Not applicable as switching facility is not available
Performance Fee and Hurdle Value Nil
Redemption Fee The Redemption Fee payable by the investors to the Manager will vary according to the period in which investors redeem their Units. The Redemption Fee is calculated based on a percentage of the NAV per Unit as at the end of Monday that is a Business Day on which the Manager receives the request for redemption. The longer the investors hold their Units, the less the Redemption Fee will be. There will be no Redemption Fee, if the investors hold the Units until the Maturity Date. The following are the maximum Redemption Fee imposed on investors: In the 1st year – 0.75% of NAV per Unit (From the Commencement Date of the Fund), In the 2nd year – 0.50% of NAV per Unit (From the Commencement Date of the Fund) and at Maturity date - Nil

Cooling-off Period For qualified investors, within 6 Business Days from the day the initial application of units is received by the Manager.
Period of Payment of
Redemption Proceeds
Within 10 days from the day the redemption request is received by the Manager. Applications for redemption must be submitted to the Manager every Monday that is a Business Day from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Such redemption requests are deemed received only if all documents and forms received by the Manager are duly and correctly completed. In the event that Monday is not a Business Day, investors may make the application for redemption on the next Business Day from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
